Kevin Gilleland, the founder of sister company United Painting Services, Inc., a Florida painting business, has been operating continuously since 1998. During this time, Kevin has provided quality painting solutions for his customers, as well as wood repairs, sheetrock replacements, mold treatments, spalling concrete and stucco repairs, re-screenings, window glazing, flashing, and more.

Throughout this time, Kevin sensed an increasing need to provide remodeling and renovation services in addition to painting, which led him to get his builder’s license. Upon successfully completing all the requirements for the license, he and his wife, Pam Gilleland, a licensed CPA, launched D9 Construction, LLC.

We are fully equipped with the latest knowledge and experience in multiple construction disciplines, from home repairs and kitchen/bathroom remodeling to major commercial renovations and construction projects.
